Inkjet print, metal sheet, steel chain, ballon, mirror
17" x 55" x 60"
When we hung out together, he was standing next to me, his shadow imprinted on a table with cartoon print. At the heart of the shadow coincided with a hole in the tabletop. "There is a hole in your heart." I said kiddingly. "Yes." He said. I took a photo of his shadow, cut a hole in the photo as well, and connected this hole with a heavy chain to a balloon, which, inside, was a tiny heart (mine) made of mirror.
Did you make this object? Was it a gift? Or is it a memento?
I made it. It's closely related to my memory, to my feelings, to that person.
