Elias Båth continued his practice after completing his degree and thesis Dead Ground, staying close to materials and their life cycles. From a research perspective, he approaches industries and their residual materials, analyzing production from extraction to landfill. Most of his projects are based on a material and its journey—how he can shape it into a spatial experience or a diagram of that journey and its end.
