Having spent so much more time at home due to COVID, I started paying attention to little details within my apartment. I first documented my apartment in May 2020 when my partners and I were invited to create simple line drawings of our home offices for an exhibition. I decided to further this exercise by modeling my apartment and collaging it with everyday objects that compose the fabric of my life during this period. The drawing is a visual diary—it is highly personal and seemingly random to anyone other than those who live here. I am a nostalgic person, so I think my future self would really appreciate this drawing.

It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Nicolas Lee on 19 February, 2025 at the age of only 35 after a battle with cancer. Nic was an exceptionally talented architect and dear friend. It was a privilege and honor to know him, and his talent, kindness, and humor will always be missed.
